Follow Friday and Blogger Hop

Our two questions of the week are:

1. What is your favorite TV show?

2. Would you have named your blog anything different?

Let me start with the second question. I like the name of my blog. It fits. My house is literally a massive bookpile and most of it is YA. I live for new books, breathe in the old ones and smile at the books on my shelf like old friends. Someone asked me tonight what I do with all the books I read. I keep them. Books have been my friends since I was a kid. To give them away just kills me. If I love them, I want them around forever. Maybe a little obsessive. That's okay. I admit it.

The second answer is harder. I think I like:

What's not to like?

So, stay a moment and tell me your favs and if you have a blog and like the name of it. I am going to get back to reading that bookpile.

    I have wanted to see Hawaii Five 0 but haven't yet and I agree with you I never get rid of my books unless its some that I didn't like.

    Oh gosh, I'm a complete book hoarder too! It pains me to get rid of a book. I love looking around me and seeing all of the books I've read and the memories I have as a result.

    I haven't watched the new Hawaii 5-0. Isn't it funny that classic books are all being mashed up with vampires, zombies, etc., but they aren't doing that with TV classics redux. I thought of that because the one actor was a vampire in Moonlight.

    That's great that you're content with your blog name because it's actually really hard to change it once you become known by that title. I do like that yours gets straight to the point and fits your lifestyle/personality.

    Hopping along: I don't keep many of my books these days because I just can't afford to. I gave a bag full of unread books to a charity shop the other day, when I handed it over I felt like I'd just lost a friend. :/
